Watched TV: Saw Joe Dirt (Dennie Gordon, 2001). Tolerable French title Joe La Crasse. We've had too many idiot hero movies, spare us. Not everyone can be Forrest Gump (and even he cannot stand a second viewing). David Spade does exactly what he's asked to do, and I guess he's good at what he does, but it doesn't mean what he does is always funny. Plus what works on SNL cannot always work in a movie. The wig is interesting.
