Stomp The Yard :- Homecoming

The other day went to the dvd shop to look for some new movie and that's when I came across this Stomp the Yard 2 :- Homecoming. Since the 1st 1 was so awesome, Me and my gf hoping that it would be good bought the DVD

As I love dance movies so much had really quite an expectation for this movie. But then... It was a total let down and eventually felt like wanna break the dvd just after watching the 1st 20 mins!!

Acted by this guy, I don't know what the fuck he was trying to do as he seemed to be trying to dance all the time however can't eventually make out what he was trying to do. Since normally dance movie's main character is like damn freaking good dancer, this 1 was very upsetting as his solos was horrible! It was like how it is when you got to all the Clubs in M'sia like MOS or Coco Banana watching those wanabees dance.

And finally here comes the villain....

The most boring villain ever. I was like wth the whole time I was watching this movie. No cool moves, no hot chicks that can dance, no story line, and fucked up actors and actresses. FML

This 2 were the only ok ones in the movie with their actings and also dance.

Overall this movie seems like it was just created just for the sake of having a homecoming version of this movie. Waste of time and money. Would say suckiest movie so far...

Soon to come is another movie which was overated so much that I felt like sleeping while watching it. LOL!!

Street Dance~

Few days ago me and girlfriend went out for a movie... Finally a new movie for me! LOL...

Well we went to watch Street Dance. Though I heard a lot of comments of this movie that this movie sucks and all, for me this movie (taking away the acting and dialog) it was awesome!! I kinda liked the storyline though of it's a typical dance movie kinda story.

Though the movie was like released long time ago, I now only got time to go watch it. I actually felt that it was so worth it that I wouldn't mind to watch it again due to the sharpness of their dance moves!! *drools*

But then the potong stim part was that instead of using slow motion movement they eventually put still stop for certain flip actions! LOL! That was like wtf! *smack head* Damn phail!

This kid was really awesome! When he started dancing I was actually expecting him to bring out a solo since the beginning of the movie and he came the old school style with the radio and started dancing in the finals!!!!!! Watch else can I say... XD

These are some of the dance scenes in the movie by dancers. Only took the main group only... LOL

It's been really hard to get much pictures of this movie and even rare is a good picture... >.<

So that's all about this movie.. Those who haven't watch it yet, if you want uber cool dance moves, this is the movie to watch... You don't like dance but movie, my advise is, please don't waste your money.

Adios Guys!!

A Thanksgiving Day Dance Feast

I have not had you out of your chair from behind the computer and dancing for a while, but I'm going to make up for that today. I know today is the day many of you will be dining on turkey and all the trimmings. Like me, you will probably eat a few extra calories that you wouldn't ordinarily consume. No need to worry, though. If you dance along to this blog post, you will burn off those extra calories in no time.

I have prepared a complete Thanksgiving dinner day dance feast for you. Before we get started on the feast, though, first we must give thanks. It is much easier to dance if there is music in the air, so let's say thank you for the music.

Now, how about a bit of turkey?

And, just in case you don't know how to do the turkey trot, here are some youngsters who will show you how.

Pass the mashed potatoes, please.

May I offer you a Yam?

And what would Thanksgiving be without dancing carrots?

Might as well finish up with some pie. Would you like apple, peaches, or pumpkin?

Or maybe you prefer sweet potato pie?

Happy Thanksgiving to all my dancing partners! Thanks for putting my name on your dance card. I hope you have so many blessings to count that it makes you feel like dancing.

Note To Self---It's Monday: Time To Dance!

Well, it's Monday. You knew it had to come around again, didn't you? It always does. Remember, though, just because it is Monday, doesn't mean you can't dance! Here's a little "note"---actually several notes--- to help you remember to dance today.

If you liked this video, you might also enjoy another post I did about Post-It Notes on my other blog. Every day for about a month or so now (according to the statistics I get from Sitemeter), someone in Finland has been coming to visit that particular post on my Smiling With Daisy blog. Whoever he or she is, they visit just that page of my blog and no others. I don't know or understand why this person or persons does this, but it amuses me.

Happy Monday to you all! Don't forget to dance today.

Meet Max

Max, the toy poodle, having heard that Charley the Lizard was on my blog, is now demanding equal time. So I put together a montage of Max pictures for you to see. Before you watch it, let me tell you just a little bit about Max.

Max is actually my older son's dog, but because he has spent the most time with me, he has sort of attached himself to me. He is very protective of me and will growl at anyone (even my husband and sons) who comes close to me if he is also nearby. He will stop growling if I tell him everything is OK, but he is ever vigilant.

He barks if the phone rings more than twice and no one is answering it or if the timer on the stove goes off. He likes to let us know that these things are making noise, I suppose.

Every day that the mail is delivered, he sees it as his duty to sit on the back of our couch, look out the picture window, and bark at the mailman the entire time he is in our yard. As soon as the mailman leaves and goes into the neighbor's yard, Max stops barking and settles back down.

We have had Max close to nine years now. Actually, we are lucky that he is even still with us. When he was just a very small puppy, my younger son who was about four years old at the time and didn't realize what might happen, let Max outside of the house without being on a leash. Max got into the road and was hit by a pickup truck. To make a long story short, after some micro-surgery to place a pin in his hip, and quite a bit of recovery time when he had to wear a cone on his head and he was quite unhappy, Max finally healed. He now lives a normal life with the exception of sometimes favoring his back left leg where his hip was broken. It bothers him, especially, when he first gets up from sleeping for a while.

He is a sweet and loving dog and is always at my side when I am at home. When I go away from the house and then return, he does a happy dance to greet me. First he spins around in a circle (a picture of his spin move is in the montage). Then he races as fast as he can from one end of the house to the other and back again. Then he will go and get either his blue ball or his rubber hot dog and bring it to me to let me know he's glad I'm home and that he wants to play with me.

Max also wanted dancing dogs to appear here since Charley was represented by dancing lizards. So I found some dancing dog videos. Max, of course, prefers the first video because it stars a poodle. Enjoy!

While the poodle was doing a natural happy doggy dance, here is a dog that has been specifically trained to dance with his owner.
